By using hervolution.org  you agree to be legally bound by these terms, which shall take effect immediately on your first use of the services online or offline. If you do not agree to be legally bound by all the following terms please do not access and/or use hervolution.org.

MESSAGE BOARDS

You agree to use hEr VOLUTION Innovative Education and Employment Services Message Boards (if any) in accordance with the following Rules.

It is a condition of your use of the Message Boards and hervolution.org that you do not: a) restrict or inhibit any other user from using and enjoying the Message Boards. b) post on hervolution.org or transmit to hervolution.org any material which may be unlawful, threatening, abusive, libelous, slanderous, defamatory, obscene, vulgar, pornographic, profane or indecent, including any material constituting or encouraging conduct that would constitute a criminal offense, give rise to civil liability or otherwise violate any local, provincial, federal or international law. c) post on hervolution.org or transmit to hervolution.org any material which violates or infringes in the rights of others, including rights of privacy or publicity or material which is protected by copyright, trademark or other proprietary right, without first obtaining permission from the owner or right holder. d) post on hervolution.org or transmit to hervolution.org any material which contains a virus or other harmful component. e) post on hervolution.org or transmit to hervolution.org any material for commercial purposes or which contains advertising.

You understand that hEr VOLUTION Innovative Education and Employment Services has no obligation to monitor the Message Boards. However, hEr VOLUTION Innovative Education and Employment Services reserves the right at all times to disclose any information as necessary to satisfy any law, regulation or governmental request, or to edit, refuse to post or to remove from the website any information or materials, in whole or in part, that in hEr VOLUTION Innovative Education and Employment Services’s sole discretion are objectionable or in any way violate these terms and conditions.

If you fail to abide by these Rules when taking part in a hervolution.org Message Board service, you will be sent an e-mail which informs you why your contribution has been failed or edited. This mail will also include a warning that continuing to break the rules may result in action being taken against your account or accounts.

This action may include your relevant account or accounts being placed into pre-moderation or a temporary or permanent suspension of your ability to participate in any or all of hervolution.org website areas.

If you post or send offensive or inappropriate content anywhere on or to hervolution.org website or otherwise engage in any disruptive behaviour on hervolution.org considers such behaviour to be serious and/or repeated, hEr VOLUTION Innovative Education and Employment Services may use whatever information that is available to it about you to stop any further such infringements. This may include informing relevant third parties such as your employer, school, email provider or the law authorities about the infringement/s.

hEr VOLUTION Innovative Education and Employment Services reserves the right to delete any contribution, or take action against any account, at any time for any reason.

PRIVACY POLICY, MEMBER ACCOUNT, PASSWORD AND SECURITY

Where you must complete a registration process in connection with hervolution.org you must provide to hEr VOLUTION Innovative Education and Employment Services current, complete and accurate information about yourself as prompted. If you need to change any of your personal details including for example, your credit or debit card details, you may amend such information by clicking on My Account. We will process your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You are solely responsible for all use of and for protecting the confidentiality of any username, email verification and password used by you in connection with hervolution.org. You may not share these with or transfer them to any third parties. You must notify hEr VOLUTION Innovative Education and Employment Services immediately of any unauthorised use of them or any other breach of security regarding hervolution.org that comes to your attention.

DELIVERY

21. hEr VOLUTION Innovative Education and Employment Services uses Canada Post, first class postage prepaid service to deliver all products. The delivery times may vary depending on your purchase date, your delivery address and any circumstances that may impact the Canada Postal Service.

TERMINATION

This agreement is effective until terminated by hEr VOLUTION Innovative Education and Employment Services, at any time without notice. Any termination shall not give rise to any liability of hEr VOLUTION Innovative Education and Employment Services.

CONFLICT OF TERMS

If there is any conflict between these terms and specific terms appearing elsewhere on hervolution.org then the latter shall prevail.

If any of these terms are determined to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable by reason of the laws of any state or country in which these terms are intended to be effective, then to the extent and within the jurisdiction in which that term is illegal, invalid or unenforceable, it shall be severed and deleted from these terms and the remaining terms shall survive, remain in full force and effect and continue to be binding and enforceable.

These terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Ontario and Canada.
